Risks, I like to say, always pay off. You learn what to do, or what not to do."

We hosted a BODYSTEP training here this past weekend; Carolina, Roseann and Shannon participated in the training along with three other students from other clubs. Our expecttion of our Aurora Womens Fitness athletes particiates in a training is that they participate with passion, learn as much as possible and leave the training with a learning platform and a game plan for further training. The participants leave the training with a comprehensive analysis of their two day training so they can work with their Group Fitness Team Leader to get ready to teach (the training is really just the beginning). Most students who dedicate themselves and invest time in participating in classes typically receive one of two levels of passing grade; students who are simply not yet qualified receive what is known as a re-sit. Both Shannon and Roseann have a significant amount of teaching Les Mills programs and are already phenomenal teachers and therefore passed with flying colors, as expected; Carolina, with her passion fo BODYSTEP and the benefit of having participated in Erica's BODYSTEP classes for several years passed with a clear plan of areas to focus on.
We are all currently studying our new releases so that we can launch our new music and choreography at the end of this month; I expect that immediately following the launches our three BODYSTEP teachers willl begin practicing together to launch BODYSTEP at Aurora Womens Fitness so look for BODYSTEP classes to be added to the schedule sometime in December or early January.
Please make sure to congratulate the three of them on a great training this past weekend!
Next up - RPM training mid-November. We currently have 9 Aurora women who have expressed interest in participating and then becoming RPM teachers; we are really excited about the RPM/ Cycling Team that is forming at Aurora Womens Fintess and are expecting a really great launch of RPM 52 on Tuesday, October 25th (this is where my sister reminds me that it is her birthday...).
November 19th - our Ava Rose Fundraiser. For the 50 days between October 1st and November 19th Aurora Womens Fitness will be donating $10 for each new member we enroll during that period; we will double it to $20 id during those 50 days we enroll 100 new members. If you have anyone who might be ineterest in membership now would be a good time to ask them to participate in a class with you or enroll in a 7 day trial. We believe you will help improve your friend's life, you will help build Aurora Womens Fitness, you receive a $5 reduction in your monthly dues....and together we helped a family.
One of the mantras of our Group Fitness Team at Aurora Womens Fitness - NO gOMos!!
