Eating Habits and our group fitness classes.

 

My good friend Bobby Cappuccio just publsihed an article titled "I Hate Fat People".  Perhaps the first thought that comes to mind for some of you is "What?!!  Vito refers to a guy who uses the word "hate" as his good friend?

What can I say - before you believe what someone says get the facts, ask if it makes sense to you based on what you've already seen and what you already know about someone, then decide for yourself.

I have attached a link to Bobby's article HERE; the article was recently published on the pt on the net blog. 

In it Bobby discusses the following solutions when you feel an emotinal eating trigger come toward you:

  • go for a walk

  • exercise

  • listen to music

  • call someone

  • find the inspiration to do something that will alter your state without requiring food

When you walk in the front door at Aurora Womens Fitness and participate in one of our group fitnss programs you will be doing not one or two of the above but ALL FIVE

The members of our community are creating a really great story and getting real and lasting results!
