Our Les Mills RPM group cycling classes increase your cardiovascular fitness and target your legs, hips, and butt without building bulk. Let go and let the music take over as you and embark on an adventure that’ll get your heart pumping and the endorphins flowing. RPM™ is a 50-minute indoor cycling workout based on outdoor riding where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Meet one-on-one with our expert personal coaches. Our program begins with an extensive discussion of your goals and an assessment of your strength, flexibility, and metabolism. Then we’ll work together to design nutrition and fitness plans, complete with an online calendar and food and exercise log that’s easy to access from any computer. Our goal isn’t just to get you in great shape, it’s to educate you, motivate you, provide you with weekly feedback, and have fun every step of the way.
