We offer child care for children of our members without extra charge or gratuity. We are not in the business of child care; it is a simple accommodation and not a condition of membership.
It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that their child is well-mannered and courteous. We will not, under any circumstances, tolerate bad behavior. Child care is limited to two hours per day per child.
- All children must be registered as “child care members”, receive an ID card, and be photographed.
- Children must be checked in upon arrival and those too young to swipe their ID card must be swiped-in by their parent.
- Parents must be on the premises while the children are in child care. Members CANNOT bring other members children, and certainly CANNOT bring the children of non-members.
- Children must be well-behaved during their time in child care. We do not restrict the ages of children allowed in child care – older children must recognize that there are infants in the area as well, and must conduct themselves accordingly.
- Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the loss of child care privileges. This does not change the cancellation rules under the member agreement, this simply means that the member will no longer be allowed to bring that child into our facility.
- Parents will be required to sign a liability waiver and disclaimer prior to being allowed to bring their child into the facility.
- Child care hours may be changed from time to time, based on usage and availability of qualified personnel.
Currently our child care hours are:?
Monday through Thursday 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 9pm
Friday 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am to 2pm
